This compact family home has been refined to include just what’s necessary, for you to live a thoughtful, mindful life with those closest to you.

The Trail has been designed for efficient construction, getting you settled into your new home sooner. With ample storage for family life + external protected deck for outdoor living, this small home feels airy, light and ‘enough’.

Each of the three bedrooms can be north facing (sunny + warm), and/or have a view. All bedrooms have built-in storage so everything can have its place, and a small study nook in the hallway will accommodate homework / home office / life admin / whatever your family requires.

Zoned for living and sleeping, with functional circulation space, our Trail design has been designed for family life, however that looks + feels to you! A compact, simple, thoughtful design.
