The Nest has been designed to function for a variety of flexible purposes, and even includes a loft space!

The inclusion of a loft space in this little building makes it super flexible. The Nest has been designed to function for a variety of flexible purposes, whether you need a home studio/office, a teenage retreat, space for visiting friends and family to stay or perhaps…your new small home!

Bathroom, sleeping space, storage, covered entry, deck with BBQ or laundry space and a daybed for reading in the sun are efficiently included. This little building can be connected or off-grid, external storage and water tank are included and the roof has been designed ready for solar panels.

The Nest is somewhat akin to a good set of cargo pants, keeps you warm, keeps you dry, keeps you comfortable, and with plenty of pockets to store the important things!

How much will this design cost to build?
